Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve the sales target set by Management in assigned territory/area.
Establish, maintain, increase market, customer, route, and numeric and weighted distribution.
Compiling, Monitoring and Analyzing target Vs. Primary and Secondary sales figures regularly.
Handling "Sales Objection" and address in a professional approach.
Closely monitor competitor activities, update Sales, Distribution and Marketing activities & ensure regular Feedback to supervisor.
Build a Strong, Financially Sound, Professional Distribution Network in assigned territory/area.
Contribute and assist to develop and execute territorial plan.
