Key Responsibilities:
বিক্রয় পরিকল্পনা এবং বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য অর্জন করতে হবে।
ব্যবস্থাপনা দ্বারা নির্ধারিত মাসিক এবং ত্রৈমাসিক বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য এবং উদ্দেশ্য পূরণ এবং অতিক্রম করা।
বাড়ানোর জন্য নিজের এলাকা এবং নতুন নতুন এলাকা নির্বাচন করতে হবে।
বিক্রয় বাড়ানোর জন্য নতুন গ্রাহকের সন্ধান করতে হবে।
ডিলার/গ্রাহক পয়েন্ট পর্যন্ত বিতরণ অনুসরণ এবং পর্যবেক্ষণ করতে হবে।
ডিলারের সাথে ঘনিষ্ঠ সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখতে হবে।
নির্ধারিত অঞ্চলে বিভিন্ন স্টেকহোল্ডারদের কাছে পণ্যের প্রচার করতে হবে।
কোম্পানি প্রদত্ত সকল কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন করা।
ব্যবস্থাপনার কাছে নিয়মিত বিক্রয় রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা এবং জমা।
