Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distribution Chanel Management like Potential market identification, new Dealer & Retailer set-up, existing customers management
∎ Product wise Sales confirmation and customer wise credit recovery confirmation
∎ Support to smooth sales operation by ensuring individual and team sales target
∎ Month wise customer credit limit control and customer ledger confirmation
∎ Understand soil, plants, seeds and products to better understand crop need and implement more effective and efficient farming practice.
∎ Conduct farmer meeting and training, seminar, campaign, demonstration, farmers' field day and other promotional and technical events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 22 to 27 years Bangladeshi Nationality by birth
∎ Must have own motor-cycle with valid driving license and other necessary documents
∎ Strong Communication skills specially have own android mobile, email address, WhatsApp/Messenger/Zoom/Team meeting apps etc.
