Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, MBA/M. Com in Accounting or Finance from any Reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing and updating books of accounts according to 'GAAP' and Ensure the accurate and timely processing of transactions.
∎ Maintaining the Accounts Receivable/Payable manual ledger.
∎ Preparing Cash Flow and Budgetary control report ,
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws;
∎ Confirming timely generation and submission of Financial Monitoring Reports;
∎ Coordinating with Internal auditors and external audits.
∎ Assisting in liaising with banks.
∎ LC-related work
∎ Maintain Balance sheet Cash book, Bank book, Subsidiary Ledger of bills receivable and bills payable.
∎ Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Bill and Challan making for goods delivery.
∎ Stock maintains.
∎ To prepare daily receipts and payments statement to inform management
∎ Preparation of salary.
∎ Maintaining fixed asset and inventory accounting in a standard manner.
∎ Developing a structure for efficiently maintaining an accounting and financial reporting system.
∎ Preparation of monthly/ yearly Financial Statement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software;
∎ Knowledge and competency in Accounting Principles;
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills; and Experience

Salary: Negotiable
