- Good leadership, execution skills and can do attitude & able to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
Completing daily sales tasks according to daily plan.
Calling potential dealers/customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Advise farm owners about general care, feed use at the farm.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled dealers.
Provide Report to Line management daily, weekly & monthly.
Searching and expansion of new markets.
Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
