Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales targets·
∎ Identify and acquire new clients and retailers.·
∎ Expand sales coverage to previously uncovered areas, ensuring market penetration.·
∎ Oversee and manage distributor functions to optimize distribution efficiency.·
∎ Appoint and onboard new distributors in uncovered areas to increase market reach.·
∎ Regularly analyze monthly sales targets, distributor stock levels, credit status, and overdue reports.·
∎ Ensuring the effectiveness of all marketing activities.·
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.·
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or line management as required.
