∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agro Based company, agro based farm, Agro based items Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select and onboard channel partners and micro-entrepreneurs based on production cluster area.
∎ Work with 100 farmers, forming individual groups of 20.
∎ Maintain close communication with Channel Partners (CP), District Agricultural Extension (DAE) to coordinate activities and ensure progress.
∎ Provide on-the-job support and mentoring to channel partners, micro-entrepreneurs, and farmers.
∎ Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
∎ Be willing and able to work in various field environments, including emergency contexts.
∎ Monitor the performance and progress of farmer enterprises.
∎ Plan and organize events to accelerate sales and promote the brand.
∎ Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 24000 - 25000 (Monthly)
