Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiar with the Indian market or has sales experience in the Indian market
∎ Regular Indian market visits and actively seek new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and related methods.
∎ Achieving all the sales and transaction targets of the respective area.
∎ Collect orders and ensure on-time product delivery.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
∎ Address client issues and queries in a timely fashion.
∎ Understand client needs and provide appropriate sales solutions.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Collect Market Data & Competitor Information.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and sales financial data.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
∎ Professional in association work with Production, Logistics, quality, and aftersales.
∎ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in English
∎ Good at speaking Hindi
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft ERP
∎ Through an understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful, and target oriented.
