Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a experience & dynamic sales person (Sales Representative) for our company to fill the position of Marketing & Sales Team with at least 1-2 years proven experiences in Sales & Marketing Department (FMCG).
∎ Job Location: DHAKA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily collect order from shop to shop and monthly Target must be completed.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential Market.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the Retailer & customers.
∎ Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
∎ Make presentation to the potential Retailer & Customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential Retailer by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Develop the company's brand image.
∎ Strong communication with Line Manager/Higher Authority for new market plan setup.
∎ Regular communicate with dealers create demand as per target Amount.
∎ Product Delivery on time from Dealer point to Retailer shop.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Sales commission.
∎ Other facilities as per company policy.
