• Age 25 to 44 years

• Able to work under pressure.·        
• Strong oral and written communication skills and decision-making ability.·        
• Independent, positive attitude, highly motivated, result oriented target driven and able to work in a fluid and fast-moving environment.·        
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.

• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentations and understanding client needs.·              
• Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities·              
• Ensure regular sales collection from the field and deposit to the company account on time.·              
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies of Cosmetics Products.·              
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.·              
• To organize the distributor for place the product smoothly.·              
• Dealer setup and monitoring.·              
• Suggests sales programs to build client base·              
• Works towards set goals to ensure continued profitability.·              
• Works cooperatively with others, works cohesively under pressure and deadlines, and follows all company policies, procedures, and rules of general conduct.·           
• Having enough knowledge about all types of cosmetics, skin care, hair care, persona care, machinery and furniture item.·              
• Develop the market of cosmetics selling.·          
• Any other job assigned by the Management.
