Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join Sales & Marketing Department as Sales and Marketing Officer at Maple Food Products (Sister Concern of LNC Group).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Finding business leads from all over the Bangladesh and Develop New Market.
- Provide New SR And New Dealer / Distributor.
- Monitor SR (Sales Representative) Daily
- Must Have Android Phone.
- Provide Daily Picture from marketing efforts.
- Provide Daily/Weekly Sales Report.
- Maintain Dealer Stock with LIFO FIFO.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, to make data-driven decisions
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing efforts
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
