• 3-5 years and Must have related Job Experience in Offline and Online Marketing
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Interior, Fire, Electrical, Structural & Architectural Design, Supply, Installation & Consultancy, Environmental Sustainability Services.
• Good relationship with industry and government organizations like Industry expert, BGMEA, DIFE, DOE, FSCD etc. will be considered as advantages.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal & public speaking skills.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Self-confidence.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Basic skills of management, motivation for sales, Meeting sales goals, closing skills, Product knowledge, etc.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and operation metrics, business infrastructure, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of market trends in Environmental Sustainability and Industrial Engineering services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients in the interior, construction, and engineering sectors.

• Present and promote the company’s consultancy and engineering services to clients.

• Develop customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote interior, constructional consultancy, and engineering services.

• Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

• Maintain a strong online presence for the company through social media and digital campaigns.

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market performance.

• Provide updates to management on sales progress and pipeline status.
