∎ BBA/MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution (Preferred major in Marketing & sales)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a strong mindset to take challenges in the sales and marketing profession.
∎ Overall monitoring and supervision of sales and marketing activities.
∎ Must have to develop and maintain customer relationship with interpersonal skill
∎ New Client set up, monitoring & developments.
∎ Design an effective sales program in line with the current market scenario for developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
∎ Conducting market research and identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of existing/new products.
∎ Responsible for direct visiting out of the office and search new outdoor prospect.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Food & Beverage sales, Water sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Strong Proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in Bengali and English.
