∎ BBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution (Preferred major in Marketing & Sales)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a strong mindset to take challenges in the sales and marketing profession.
∎ Collect daily orders and payments from B2B, B2C or door to door market.
∎ Overall monitoring and supervision of sales and marketing activities.
∎ Must have to develop and maintain customer relationship with interpersonal skill.
∎ Maintain regular communication with dealers to create demand as per target sales.
∎ New Client set up, monitoring & developments.
∎ Gather market and customer information.
∎ Ability to work at field to achieve sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
∎ Conducting market research and identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of existing/new products.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Food & Beverage sales, Water sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Strong Proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in Bengali and English.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
