∎ We are looking for energetic Sales and Marketing background candidates who has dedication, sincerity, excellent knowledge of the entire sales and marketing related activities for relevant business industry and has courage enough to take the challenge for creating a new trait of glory. Thus, we are seeking experienced, dynamic candidates for the position of Marketing Manager.
∎ ( Workplace Work at fields and anywhere in Bangladesh )
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead to develop of assigned working areas sales planning, forecasting and executing to achieve company sales objectives.
∎ Performing and analyses- Sales Team Monitoring & Target Achievement.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales.
∎ Attend in Monthly Sales Meeting and give a presentation to senior management.
∎ Must be target-oriented for sales, responsible for able to achieve full target & Goal.
∎ Convince and handle the clients to get orders.
∎ Develop proposals for corporate sales strategies as and when required.
∎ Monitor competitor's regular pricing and market conditions. Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Sales and Collection performance.
∎ Customer/client visit for sales making.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
∎ Follow-up daily sales and reports to Brand Manager for present situation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
