  • Knowledge of Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and Automation Tools

  • Understanding of Lead Generation, Conversion Strategy, and Customer Retention

  • Strong practical experience is preferred over formal certifications

Responsibilities & Context:

We are hiring a hands-on Sales & Marketing Lead to take ownership of CRM management, campaign execution, lead follow-up, and revenue generation for our digital subscription business

This is a performance-driven role. You will be expected to think independently, execute campaigns, follow up with leads, and contribute directly to closing sales while improving overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise CRM systems (GHL or similar)

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, follow-up sequences)

  • Identify opportunities to re-engage, upsell, and convert leads

  • Handle lead follow-up and assist in closing sales

  • Improve sales pipelines, messaging, and conversion rates

  • Support customer interactions and ensure high-quality responses

  • Guide and support junior team members

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, tracking, and reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, CRM, BPO, or Customer Success

  • Proven experience using GHL (GoHighLevel) or similar CRM tools

  • Strong understanding of lead management, pipelines, and conversion strategies

  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently

  • Comfortable handling customer communication and sales conversations

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members

  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)

  • Highly organised, reliable, and commercially focused
