• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector.

• Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential clients including homeowners, corporates, builders, architects, and contractors.

• Present company offerings, design concepts, and service portfolios effectively to clients through meetings, presentations, and digital platforms.

• Collaborate with the design and project teams to create customized proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals while ensuring profitability.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.

• Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities.

• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, events, exhibitions, and brand awareness initiatives.

• Maintain and update CRM databases, track sales performance, and generate sales reports for management review.
