Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

∎ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing, ideally within construction or building materials.
∎ Strong knowledge of solid and hollow concrete block products and their applications.
∎ Field sales experience and ability to work independently on the ground.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and basic reporting tools is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively generate new business through field visits to construction sites, retailers, contractors, builders, and developers.
∎ Promote and sell both solid and hollow concrete blocks to new and existing clients.
∎ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads consistently.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and building materials industry.
∎ Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and provide regular feedback to management.
∎ Work closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
∎ Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the brand.
