Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and grow sales of solid and hollow concrete blocks. This is a field-based role that requires hands-on sales efforts, direct interaction with clients, and the ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. The right candidate will have experience in the construction materials sector and a passion for building strong business relationships on-site and in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate new business through field visits to construction sites, retailers, contractors, builders, and developers.
• Promote and sell both solid and hollow concrete blocks to new and existing clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads consistently.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and building materials industry.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and provide regular feedback to management.
• Work closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the brand.
