Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: Onsite – Elephant Road, Dhaka
∎ Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday are holidays)
∎ Monthly Salary: BDT 20,000
∎ Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
∎ Contribute to the planning and development of marketing strategies.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
∎ Design and execute marketing plans for products and services.
∎ Coordinate with media representatives, sponsors, and digital platforms.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tactics.
∎ Handle client queries regarding products/services with professionalism.
∎ Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
∎ Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with sales targets.
∎ 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in software or IT companies.
∎ In-depth knowledge of modern marketing tools and strategies. Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities. Good project management and analytical thinking.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Passionate about sales, networking, and market engagement.

∎ Job Overview: UpSkill Bangladesh is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to boost company growth through client acquisition and effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, a background in IT/software sales, and a passion for marketing and client relationship management
∎ Key Responsibilities:

∎ Experience & Skill Requirements:
∎ 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in software or IT companies.
∎ In-depth knowledge of modern marketing tools and strategies. Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal.
