Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners.
∎ Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
∎ 3+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry will get high preference. However, potential freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
