Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (experience in the SaaS/FMCG domain will be an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle key accounts.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Good writing skills.
Travel up to 50% of the time, primarily within Dhaka.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting
= Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
= Develop and implement strategies to approach and convert new clients, focusing on FMCG and distribution businesses.
- Lead Nurturing & Client Communication
= Maintain consistent communication with prospects via calls, emails, and follow-ups to move them through the sales pipeline.
= Build trust and credibility by understanding client pain points and presenting Sokrio as the right solution.
- Meetings & Presentations
= Schedule and attend client meetings (online & offline).
= Deliver engaging product demonstrations and impactful presentations tailored to client needs.
- Relationship Management & Key Accounts
= Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
= Collaborate with the support team to address client concerns and deliver seamless solutions.
= Regularly visit existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities (e.g., SFA, DMS, Analytics dashboards).
- Proposal & Deal Closure
= Prepare customised proposals, quotations, and solutions aligned with client requirements.
= Negotiate terms, finalise agreements, and successfully close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaboration & Reporting
= Work closely with marketing, support, and product teams to align strategies with business goals.
= Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, market trends, and client feedback to management.
