∎ MBA / Masters/ Equivalent degree from recognized Universities

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market survey, prepare marketing strategy, competitor analysis, and innovative idea of promoting the product and services.
∎ Get food orders from corporate houses, retail customers etc.
∎ Plan marketing and branding objectives and visit our targeted client.
∎ provide support in any technical, administrative and logistic activities as assigned.
∎ Contact and meeting with Shops team, management and cafe teams.
∎ Fill-up monthly sates target and prepare monthly sales report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have 2-3 years’ experience in Direct sales or Corporate sales domain in food Industry.
∎ Experienced to get food orders from corporate houses, retail customers etc.
∎ proven track record in managing sales team
∎ Have experience to get food order/ bulk orders from Banks, Telco, corporate houses, Showrooms and related offices in festival time like EID, Pohela Baishakh, New Year , Wedding etc.
∎ Male candidate preferred
∎ willingness to work for extended hours and under stress
∎ Capability to increase corporate and bulk order of Bakery and food items.
∎ Attitude of a positive team worker
∎ Outgoing and result oriented mindset
∎ Willingness and ability to achieve business targets
∎ Must be well conversant with digital and tale-marketing

Salary:
∎ Basic+ Commission.
