Job Context:
∎ Nextech Solutions Ltd. is a leading supplier of pharmaceuticals machines in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of pharmaceuticals machines.
∎ As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, and driving the growth of the company`s pharmaceuticals machines business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential clients and develop relationships with them.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote pharmaceuticals machines to the target market.
∎ Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
∎ Participate in exhibitions and trade shows to promote the company's products.
∎ Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
∎ Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to generate repeat business.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities and performance.
∎ Communicate and liaise with the clients and foreign Principal office.

∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of pharmaceuticals machines
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Well conversant in English communication

∎ Excellent negotiation and closing skills
