Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and increase brand awareness.
∎ Identify target markets and segments, and implement effective marketing campaigns to reach them.
∎ Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty salons and parlors to ensure their active participation on the platform.
∎ Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, provide reports on marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
∎ Plan and execute promotional events and partnerships to expand the customer base and enhance brand visibility.
∎ Stay updated on the latest beauty industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
∎ Continuously explore opportunities for cross-promotion and upselling beauty products through the platform.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
∎ Work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
∎ Females are allowed to apply will be advantageous.
∎ Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
∎ High-level communication and networking skills.
∎ A passion for sales.
∎ Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
∎ Good project management skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Must have a good interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent verbal & communication skills, should be proactive, a good communicator, and able to work under pressure.
∎ Fast learner, passion for sales, and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
