∎ Must be comfortable working in an office environment with a structured schedule.
∎ Minimum typing speed: 25 WPM in Bangla and 30 WPM in English.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
∎ Ability to handle multiple client queries simultaneously via phone, email, and in-person.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
∎ Capable of maintaining proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.
∎ Basic knowledge of travel booking platforms is an advantage.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments (operations, accounts, ticketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
∎ Flexibility to adjust to seasonal peaks in workload, including occasional weekend or evening work if required.
∎ A proactive mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving team goals.

∎ Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and partnerships with hotels, airlines, and local vendors.
∎ Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event promotions.
∎ Manage client inquiries, provide accurate information, and offer travel advice and options tailored to their needs.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
∎ Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the agency and generate leads.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
∎ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
