  • Bachelor`s degree in any reputed university, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • B.Sc in EEE/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets for HVAC and BMS products.

  • Identify and explore new market opportunities, including corporate clients, developers, and contractors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

  • Manage and expand the sales pipeline by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and budgets.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
