Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for administration of generator/ engine shipment order process-placing shipment orders through the principal's online system.
∎ Coordination of imports with sales team on order status.
∎ Coordination of order details with other internal departments.
∎ Managing the CRM and follow-up on sales leads.
∎ Updating and analyzing sales information from Factories, Hotels, Hospitals etc.
∎ Formulating sales reports and presentations.
∎ Coordinating sales meetings and documenting meeting minutes.
∎ Attending to customer calls and communicating relevant details with the sales team and the management.
∎ Managing and following up on Customer feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 02-03 years work experience in a similar capacity.
∎ Experience in a similar role is necessary.
∎ Strong Communication skills (Written & Interpersonal).
∎ Experience in working with MS Office and ERP systems
∎ Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a competitive environment
∎ Fluent in both Bengali and English.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
