Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 45 years
  • Minimum of 04 to 05 years of experience in MEP installation projects.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing MEP installation projects, minimum three years as a senior manager.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) & presentation skills in English.

  • Strong knowledge of construction industry best practices, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Living in Uttara will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent knowledge in written and spoken English & Bengali.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Supervisor in MEP to join our growing team in Bangladesh. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the technical aspects of MEP projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead MEP teams in the execution of projects from inception to completion.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.

  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes governing MEP systems.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
