Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hospital business goals and revenue targets.
Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, referral doctors, and partner organizations.
Promote hospital services through digital platforms, events, health camps, and corporate presentations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and execute promotional campaigns (online & offline) to increase patient awareness.
Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth delivery of services to clients.
Maintain and expand the database of clients, patients, and referral sources.
Monitor and report sales performance, lead conversions, and marketing outcomes.
Support hospital branding through social media, PR activities, and community engagement.
Ensure excellent communication and after-sales support to patients and clients.
