Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and Implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and distribution channels.
- Recruit, train and supervise a team of sales representatives.
- Assign sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Motivate and coach team members to improve performance.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors and retail partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales forecasts for production.
