Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet sales target & achieve the company goal.
∎ Must have the ability to provide depots & dealers in your territory within the month of joining the job.
∎ Develop modern and effective sales and marketing strategy in order to achieve sales target
∎ Supervise, monitor and follow up team members to retain existing and potential customers and increase sales volume.
∎ Frequent field visit & develop relationship with our Retailer, Dealer, Sales Reprehensive and territory sales officer
∎ Appointing new dealers in gap areas to achieve sales targets.
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with dealers and customers and meet their requirements efficiently.
∎ Feedback competitor’s activities to management.
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature and promotional activities and train the sales team accordingly.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Sales Manager is responsible for Sales Planning and Strategy for the assigned area to achieve the individual sales target by actively involved in primary and secondary sales. The potential incumbent will able to build a strong sales network and manage overall sales of consumer & Cosmetics products. Candidate must have capacity to achieve monthly sales Target.
