Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and grow market share.
∎ Lead the team to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned Regions.
∎ Supervise, motivate, and guide Area Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Territory Officers, and field sales teams to improve performance and drive results.
∎ Track sales metrics, team performance, and outlet coverage regularly, and take corrective actions where necessary.
∎ Appoint, manage, and support Super Depot to ensure product availability, inventory control, and business growth.
∎ Identify opportunities to increase numeric and weighted distribution, enter new areas, and activate new outlets.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Regularly visit retail outlets and market zones to assess brand presence, gather feedback, and evaluate team execution quality.
∎ Develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor stock movement, and align sales plans with supply chain and production teams.
∎ Develop and refine RTM strategies to ensure cost-effective and maximum market reach.
∎ Monitor and report on competitor strategies (pricing, distribution, promotions) to inform countermeasures and strategic decisions.
∎ Conduct regular training for the sales team to improve selling skills, product knowledge, and market responsiveness.
∎ Ensure all sales operations follow company policies, trade laws, and ethical business practices.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
