3 to 5 years practical experience in reputed real-estate Company.
Male allowed to apply.
Motor bike drive with license.
Must have computer knowledge & strong command on MS office, Excel.
Must be capable in Database, E-mail & SMS marketing to generate leads.Salary
Responsibilities & Context:
Capable to Search Land in different source.
Capable to meeting & negotiation with Land owner independently.
Candidate should be well disciplined, energetic, dynamic, confident and capable to work under pressure with positive approach.
Enough Knowledge on new DAP with FAR calculation.
Preparing joint venture development proposal & to maintain land database.
Capable to handle the media person
Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
Excellent communication skills in English.
