Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving property sales, developing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, and building the company’s brand presence to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project-wise and overall sales targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team and channel partners
Manage site visits, negotiations, and deal with closures with clients
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion ratios
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors
Marketing Strategy
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events)
Coordinate branding, promotions, property launches, and exhibitions
Oversee digital marketing initiatives (social media, portals, ads, CRM leads)
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms
Business Development
Identify new sales channels, partnerships, and market opportunities
Work closely with developers, finance, and legal teams to close deals
Support pricing strategies based on market demand and inventory
Reporting & Analytics
Track sales and marketing performance metrics
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management
