🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and/or service-related calls professionally

• Provide excellent customer service over phone calls

• Explain product and service details clearly to customers

• Listen to customer issues or complaints and provide proper solutions

• Maintain polite, patient, and professional communication

🔹 Educational Requirements:

• Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification

• Strong communication skills

• Interest in customer service and call handling

• Ability to work responsibly and under assigned duties

🔹 Job Benefits:

• Salary range: BDT 14,000 – 18,000
