Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Set sales goals, monitor progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and present to senior management.
Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure client satisfaction
