Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the executive team to develop sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and create effective sales plans to achieve targets.
∎ Train & motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets. Provide guidance and support to team members, set clear sales objectives, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
∎ Establish and nurture strong relationships with Doctors, Chemist including healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product information and support.
∎ Track sales metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to evaluate performance against targets. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales activities and results.
∎ Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities, and operational processes. Provide feedback from the field to help refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
∎ Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential threats. Provide recommendations for adjustments to sales strategies as necessary.
∎ Develop and manage the sales budget, including sales forecasts, expense budgets, and resource allocation. Optimize resource utilization and ensure cost-effective sales operations.
∎ Ensure sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including ethical practices. Foster a culture of integrity and professionalism within the sales team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, products, and market dynamics.
∎ Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to build and maintain relationships with Doctors and Chemists.
