Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bangladesh FMCG market, particularly the market landscape, channel characteristics, and sales models of the biscuit and snack industry.

Management Skills: Excellent team leadership and people management skills, capable of effectively motivating teams to achieve goals.

Business Acumen: Strong market analysis capabilities, commercial negotiation skills, and customer relationship management abilities.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to interact effectively with internal staff and external clients at all levels.

Results-Oriented: Strong sense of purpose and self-motivation, able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Integrity: Be truthful, do not exaggerate data, make no false promises, and do not deceive the company or clients.

Language Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written Bangla and English.



Responsibilities & Context:

1.Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and market share growth.

2.Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (including regional sales representatives and channel managers) to enhance overall team performance.

3.Conduct in-depth analysis of the Bangladesh biscuit market trends, competitor dynamics, and consumer demands to provide data support for product development and marketing strategies.

4.Develop and maintain key client relationships, including large wholesalers, retailers, modern trade channels (supermarkets/convenience stores), and traditional trade channels.

5.Manage sales channels, optimize the distribution network, and ensure high product availability and visibility in the market.

6.Take charge of sales budget formulation and control, monitoring sales expenses and profit margins.

7.Plan and execute effective promotional activities and sales campaigns to boost brand awareness and product sales.
