Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expand the customer base.
∎ Set up monthly and yearly sales targets for the entire team in discussion with the Head of Sales and ensure the targets are aligned with the business objective.
∎ To achieve both personal and team targets by team monitoring.
∎ Analyze competitors' activities and strategies and generate counter ideas to stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Create and update Brand / SKU comparison and performance report as per business necessity
∎ Keep the software records properly and provide support in manpower status, bills, and all other activities of the business.
∎ Responsible for company sales performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have vast knowledge and experience in selling Consumer Food Products.
∎ Should have sound knowledge and experience about Tele-Sales.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Computer skills with specialization in office applications & excel.
∎ Must be dynamic, strategic thinking, and capable to work under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Manufacturing (FMCG), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company.
