∎ Computer Literacy such as MS Word/Excel and Software operation
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): sales and marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategies that drive growth and increase profitability.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, potential distributors, suppliers, and new potential suppliers.
∎ Lead sales team directly. Meeting sales targets is one of the key role for the position.
∎ Develop new products and markets, keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.
∎ Identify and manage risks to the business, including compliance, financial, and operational risks.
∎ Involve in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly operating budgets with the finance team.
∎ Develop a team of professionals, creating a culture of collaboration and high performance.
∎ Event-based product and yearly calendar design with the support of the marketing team.
∎ Focus on product sourcing and improvement from time to time, lead the sourcing team directly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years

∎ Must have the ability to speak and write in Bengali and English.
