Job description:

Includes setting sales goals, developing strategies, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key duties involve hiring and training staff, analyzing performance data, motivating the team, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments like marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team leadership and development: Hire, train, and motivate a sales team to meet performance expectations. Provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Set sales targets and quotas for the team.

• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management. Use sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

• Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
