Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for leading the field executives for partner acquisition and micro manage them to achieve the targeted acquisition nos. for the assigned market.
∎ Track daily acquisition progress and provide necessary guidelines and inputs to the team for performance enhancement.
∎ Be updated on competition activities and movement and regularly provide feedback on them.
∎ Be proactive in identifying new opportunity areas and work out market storming plan to continuously increasing the nos.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the on-boarded partners for long-term business tie up and also with potential partners for future business growth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 6/7 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in sale of automotive industry (preferably Truck selling).
∎ Being in a team leading role for at least 1/2 years.
∎ Candidates being native to mentioned locations and able to speak in local dialect will have preferences.
∎ Good market knowledge overtruck owners, associations, etc. will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Frequent travelling within the assigned location.
∎ Customer centric, having excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Strong communication, presentation and team management skills.
∎ Good command over MS office, application based software.
∎ Positive mind-set.
∎ Hard working.
