Position Type:
- Full-Time | Based in Pink City, Gulshan
Key Responsibilities:
Store & Sales Oversight
- Actively manage sales floor at Ofra Mart (Pink City)
- Observe and improve day-to-day store operations
- Provide exceptional service to every customer
- Train and lead the sales team to meet targets
Client & Social Media Communication
- Communicate confidently with clients online and in-store
- Respond to social media DMs, comments, and inquiries
- Share new arrivals and product updates with regular clients
- Understand client preferences and build long-term relationships
Marketing & Branding Support
- Support in planning marketing campaigns and discount offers
- Help increase store visibility online and offline
- Represent the Ofra brand with elegance and authenticity
Problem Solving & Reporting
- Identify daily operational issues and offer timely solutions
- Track pricing, suggest promotions, and monitor market trends
- Prepare monthly reports (sales, client feedback, growth)
