Job Context:

∎ NIPRO JMI Medical Limited (NJML), a joint collaboration with NIPRO Corporation which is a Japan-based (Osaka) company. NJML is distributing & selling different medical devices of JMI Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd. and JMI Hospital Requisite Mfg. Ltd. at home & abroad.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the overall operations of Sales & Marketing Department to ensure achievement of long-term and short-term KPIs set by the Company;
∎ Guide team to achieve the given target and need to develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth
∎ Accumulate most recent information of the industry and evaluate competitors' activities and formulate counter strategy for the same;
∎ Analyze sales performance to review the marketing plan and monitor national/regional sales and also formulate counter plan for the field forces;
∎ Identify Critical Success Factors of the Company, formulate strategies and fit suitable business model to ensure competitive advantages over the competitors;
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all the relevant operational areas of Sales & Marketing Department;
∎ Conduct training and develop a highly seasoned professional, ethical, vibrant and self motivated sales and marketing team.
∎ Formulate and implement Sales planning to increase sales volume.
∎ Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach.
∎ Leading a team of Assistant Sales Manager/ Regional Office Managers/ Senior Regional Office Managers/ Area Sales Managers/ Senior Area Sales Managers/ Product Promotion Executives with all necessary strategic business need.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven Track record on Leading Sales & Marketing Team in a dynamic Department
∎ Good Interpersonal Skill and to be a team player.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both in Bangla and English
∎ Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Willingness to travel as and when required by company.

Salary:
