Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly sales action plan, forecast & set target by Division /Territory/ Distributor/ Key customers etc.
∎ Achieve assigned sales targets by supervising subordinates & other Sales staff on a regular basis.
∎ Communicate with Key customers frequently via physical presence, telephonic calls and E-mails.
∎ Prepare Market coverage plan along with effective coverage plan for Distributors.
∎ Develop proposals for wholesale & formulate sales strategies as and when required.
∎ Evaluate business prospects on customers through feasibility analysis.
∎ Evaluate, select, and provide appointments to the Distributors.
∎ Conduct monthly sales meetings and work on the findings.
∎ Monitor and report on Retail and wholesale sales activities regularly and follow up the same necessary measures.
∎ Monitor competitors' regular pricing and market conditions.
∎ Ensure accountability by motivating and providing training to subordinates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Candidate must have experience in Toiletries Items.
∎ Candidate must have to be smart, energetic, dynamic & goal oriented.
∎ Dynamic & Self-motivated with high personal integrity and loyalty.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office.
