Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Sales Manager who has experience in Bangladesh Hair color shampoo and beauty care Sector. This candidate should have at least 5-7 of proven experience in marketing hair color and beauty item, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

∎ Job Location: Dhaka/ Travel to anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledge on Hair color / Beauty care business and Present market scenario.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve target.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with the wide network of different professionals/business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customers queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
