Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Gold's Gym Bangladesh, a premier fitness destination introduced by Bashundhara Group, is seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Managers to join our team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
∎ Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the fitness and wellness industry.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
