Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Door-to-door & field sales team (salesman) পরিচালনা করা
Salesman নিয়োগ, গাইড ও মনিটর করা
Daily sales report সংগ্রহ ও যাচাই করা
Stock movement ও sales হিসাব মিলানো
WhatsApp ও Google Sheet এর মাধ্যমে রিপোর্ট মেইনটেইন করা
Owner-কে daily/weekly sales summary প্রদান করা
Sales target বাস্তবায়নে টিমকে মোটিভেট করা

ম্যানেজার কোনো অবস্থাতেই কোম্পানির নগদ টাকা নিজে রাখবে না।
🎯 Employment Status
Permanent (Probation period: 30 days)
💰 Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: BDT 18,000 / month
Sales Incentive: BDT 2 per device sold
Monthly Target Bonus: Up to BDT 20,000

🎓 Educational Requirements
Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor (Preferred)
🧠 Experience Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years experience in:
Sales management / Field sales
Team handling (Salesman / Agent)
Door-to-door sales experience will be an advantage
