Job Context:
∎ Dream baby product`s is looking for Sales Manager with Hygiene products. Our main products are Wet tissue, Feeder, Nipple, Baby Diaper. We`re looking for experienced individuals to join our team.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka and Frequent visit to other districts.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and guide the sales team to increase Sales and Market Share.
∎ Recruitment, Training and Motivation of sales team to generate sales.
∎ Follow up the day to day sales activities of the sales team and ensure daily sales targets.
∎ Need to achieve sales target per month.
∎ Continuous market analysis to penetrate new market and increase sales in the existing market.
∎ Follow up competitor's activity to increase market shares.
∎ Appoint new dealers/distributors and motivate existing dealers/distributors to increase market shares.
∎ Follow up existing corporate party/institution sales and search for new corporate party/institution.
∎ Update the Management with the results findings and methods of the works.
∎ Need to collect the daily market rate of Wet tissue, Feeder, Nipple, Baby Diaper. and report to the management.
∎ Any Other Responsibilities assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7-8 years of experience working in the Hygiene Product Market.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 50,000/- (+ TA/DA and Incentive)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
